Our grooming is calm, one-to-one, and tailored to each dog’s needs. I take my time, work gently, and prioritise positive experiences — especially for puppies, seniors, nervous or sensitive dogs.

Sometimes this means adapting the groom, taking breaks, or choosing a shorter style for comfort and welfare. I will always discuss this with you and make decisions with your pet’s best interests at heart.

If a coat is heavily matted or a specific style would cause pain or stress, I will adapt the groom to ensure your pet remains comfortable, happy and safe.
