The focus is on building confidence and trust, with plenty of patience and reassurance throughout. Your puppy will be gently bathed, lightly dried, and introduced to basic grooming such as a tidy around the face, paws and hygiene areas, along with nail care and ear cleaning. A calm, positive start sets the foundation for a lifetime of stress-free grooming.
